Job Description: This position requires the ability to travel both locally and to other sites throughout Wisconsin. Installer must be in good physical shape as they are responsible for raising, uniting, and anchoring iron and steel frames, beams, girders, joists, columns, decks, and other structural members to form completed racking, shelving, and mezzanine structures and frameworks. These job duties are often performed at high heights, so this position is not recommended for those who may have a fear of heights. This position requires the ability to follow blueprints and instructions from supervisors, as well as the ability to use hand tools, cordless power tools, and mechanical assembly tools. This position requires that the installer adheres to safety policies, effectively communicates, and has experience with (or will learn) to operate lift equipment (passing equipment certification as needed). Experience/Requirements: Rack installation or some construction experience (preferred); ****However: WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE!! Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the USA Must have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance Must be dependable, take pride in producing high-quality work, and work well in a team environment Compensation and Benefits: Starting pay $16/hour (wage negotiable with rack installing or construction experience) PTO​ (after 90 days) Paid holidays​ Drive time and mileage program​ Per diem amount and paid hotel stays for further travel locations IRA with company match​ program Steel-toed boots program​ **Please note that we do not provide health insurance to our employees at this time.
