Bartender/Craft Cocktail Consultant Needed

OVERVIEW: Hi, I am working on a personal illustration project that includes a menu of 24 craft cocktails. The ingredients and spirits have been chosen, and the recipes are loosely written. Now I am looking for someone who has professional experience crafting high-end cocktails to provide final consultation in the form of reviewing the existing menu, providing feedback and small adjustments or additions as necessary based on the current ratios and ingredients, etc. TIMELINE: I am hoping we can sit down (in person or virtually) over the course of 2-4 hours to finalize this menu. I estimate this can be done in one 4hr session, but am willing to split it over the course of 2-3 meetings if breaking up the menu or revisiting drinks needs to happen. This meeting (or meetings) will need to happen sometime between now and September 20th. PAYMENT: I will be happy to discuss an hourly or flat fee payment with you based on your experience and availability. You will be paid upon completion of the consultation with the final menu delivered/approved. YOU: * Are a local Seattle/Seattle area bartender and craft cocktail specialist AND are willing to provide a resume or list of recent/current restaurant/bar employers. * Have an excellent understanding of spirits, liqueurs, local/seasonal ingredients, and garnishes. * Have experience working with specialty, craft cocktails (not staple cocktails or sports bar-ish shots) * Are available to meet in-person (or virtually) sometime between September 7th and the 20th. * Are willing to sign a confidentiality consultation agreement that recognizes your work for this phase of the project, but nothing beyond, unless reached out to again for additional consultation in the future and agreed upon by all parties.
