We are a well established townhouse builder in Seattle with a proven track record and reputation. We are currently looking for someone who can aid in the completion of units prior to sale. The job skills we are hoping to find in a candidate would entail minor drywall repair, paint touchup, and carpentry skills. We pride ourselves on turning out high quality workmanship and providing buyers a home they are proud to own. We treat everyone we work with as a team member that is focused on the same end goal. We have multiple jobsites throughout Seattle but most days will be spent at one site, and usually for multiple days in a row. We are looking for someone that can manage their time while performing multiple tasks and has the ability to work independently. This is a fulltime job and will require reliable transportation. Everyone we have ever worked with would tell you the same thing- we are great to work for and work with.
