Landscape Groundkeeper / Maintenance Position Details: • Working 2-3 days per week in Landscaping and 2-3 days per week in Maintenance • The Landscape Groundskeeper is responsible to maintain, repair and upgrade community landscapes and perform other seasonal work, as necessary to maintain community appearances standards. • The Maintenance Technician is responsible for collecting trash from Parks, repairing items such as fencing, playgrounds, painting projects, power washing, and other maintenance items as assigned. • Full Time / Non- Exempt M-F • Reports to Landscape Manager and Maintenance Manager (Depending on Dept Working) • Starting salary DOE Minimum Qualifications: Positive attitude and Team player, Bilingual is a plus, Irrigation knowledge a plus While performing the duties of this job the employee is in a typical field environment, is required to regularly walk, sit, talk or hear and stand, tolerate working extended periods in inclement weather. Frequent use of power landscape tools including mowers, edgers, blowers, string trimmers, hand tools (including shears), safety equipment, computers, cell phones, and other specialized industry equipment (possibly including rented power equipment), is required.
