VanHousing Painters LLC is a well established in Seattle-Tacoma area, residential and commercial painting company. We treat and pay our subcontractors / employees well and fair and provide consistent work. WE ARE LOOKING FOR : A. Subcontractors : Must have: 1) Contractors License. 2) Business License to Operate in the Washington area. 3) Liability Insurance. 4) Advertise free work vehicles. B. Full-Time Interior/ Exterior Painters: Must have the ability to learn or perform the following tasks : • Working on ladders or roofs. • Preparing various surfaces for painting (walls, floors, doors...) • Mill work and staining experience. • Handling planning and prep work in an efficient manner. • Taping off areas as needed • Moving furniture and equipment as necessary to reach the entire surface of the project. • Small job drywall hanging, Texturing, mudding, and finishing. • Airless sprayer experience. • Cleaning up supplies and when project is complete. Must have WA driver’s license and have reliable transportation to jobsites. If you are teachable and you like a job that changes every few days to a new location, JOIN OUR TEAM !!
