Lost phone near Freemont area

My phone dropped out of my pocket while cycling on the Burke Gillman Trail (between the Ballard locks and Gas Works Park) this afternoon. It's a black LG v20 which isn't worth much, but I have photos on there that I'd really like to keep. I'd really appreciate it if some one is able to return it. I can offer a reward. Thanks for your help.
