Keep all inventory stocked (place orders with suppliers, distributing orders into correct places.) Ensure all inventory and equipment is in its proper place. Keeping track of inventory as it comes in to ensure what we ordered is received. * Auto Completing weekly vehicle maintenance checks Schedule maintenance & repairs Making arrangements so that those maintenance and/or repairs can be completed. Equipment Making repairs to all restoration equipment Keeping stock of replacement parts for all equipment Keeping equipment clean and organized in its spot Break down jobs and actively track equipment. General Keep the warehouse clean and free of dirt/debris/leaves. Restock office bathrooms and kitchen Make general repairs to office POSITION SPECIFIC STANDARDS Is well versed with equipment and vehicles Is good at diagnosing equipment problems and fixing them Is organized and has a natural ability to keep things clean Knows how to work a computer Can operate a forklift Can lift 100lbs Can legally drive
