Equipped with solar panels, water tank, shower, toilet, etc. Although open to renting if water and power were provided. Starting a new business venture so ideally need to be somewhat close to Tacoma. Great situation for someone who has property/ farm land and would have a peace of mind having someone like me to watch over their property.
