Job Description: As a member of the E360 team, you will be responsible for delivering approximately 250 packages per day during a 10-hour shift in all weather conditions in a company provided van within the Charlotte, NC area. Must be a team player willing to work towards a common goal, providing a world class experience to the customer every time. On occasion, you will be called upon to assist other drivers that have fallen behind schedule. Uniforms, delivery devices and paid training program will be provided. Full and Part-Time opportunities available Physical Requirements • Ability to function calmly and efficiently in a high-pressure, multi-tasking environment • Load and unload products from company vehicles • Deliver packages in a variety of locations and stops • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds (don’t worry – most packages are lighter than that!) • Must be able to get in and out of a van frequently - over 150+ stops (in all types of weather) • Must be able to walk up flights of stairs • Must be able to safely drive a high-roof van in rural, suburban and city areas. • Ability to stand multiple hours a day and work in a physically demanding environment Key Responsibilities: • Successfully handle and deliver packages on time • Safely drive company vehicle: (Sprinter/Pro-master/Ford Transit/Mercedes etc.) • Work with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns • Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations • Operate scanner to record shipping and package information Requirements: • Be at least 21 years of age • Have a valid driver's license • Pass a criminal background check • Pass drug screening • Must be available to work weekends • Complete an initial phone interview • Must have clean driving record (no DUI’s in the last 5 years, no more than 2 speeding tickets within the last 3 years and no more than one at fault accident) Benefits: • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Paid time off • Our compensation includes competitive hourly pay, performance-based incentives. • Opportunity to grow further within the organization to supervisory role • Closed 4 days a year (July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay rate: $16.50 to $17.50 /hour Paid: Bi-Weekly E360 is an Equal Opportunity Employer: We believe in the principle of equal opportunity employment for all employees and provide employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
