NASHUA, NH— The man accused of bludgeoning a man to death in Nashua in August pleaded not guilty Tuesday, the Associated Press reports.
Ryan Barden, 30, faces two charges of second-degree murder in the death of Jared Daley on August 11. Barden, of Laconia, was arrested in Belmont Friday night.
The AP reports a public defender entered the pleas on Barden's behalf. He is being held without bail.
Daly, 35, was found dead in a Hanover Street home; the New Hampshire Chief Medical Examiner determined his manner of death was a homicide due to "blunt impact injuries to his head."
