Need a handyman to do the following: 1) Hang 4 Exterior Light lanterns (Replacing existing ones with new ones see image of the ones we picked up) 2) Hang new Bedroom Fan (replacing existing one) 3) Replace 1 Exterior Siding Board that is damaged (See photo) 4) Remove Exterior Screen door from front door. I'll have to have you pick up a siding board that matches our existing siding once you look at it. You will not need to paint it, we are just replacing the board and painting it later. So the siding board can be an additional cost that is not included in your price. You'll need your own ladder to reach the siding board. Please let me know your experience and total price along with how soon you can do the work. I'm sorry but I don't have time to invite you out to give a quote.
