Looking to Start Psych/Shoegaze Band

I'm a 24-year-old trans woman living in Boulder and I'm interested in starting a band. I like to sing and play guitar. I'm planning on getting a guitar in the coming weeks (since I had to sell mine before moving to Colorado). I'm looking for like-minded (queer, leftist, kind, etc.) people to make music with. I don't really care too much about genres or anything, but psychedelic rock tends to be what I listen to the most. I'm open for anything. We can meet somewhere and just talk about music and ideas first before really jamming or practicing (which I ought to have space for).
