Found stolen phone in my stolen car

Police found my stolen car in Denver. There was a very nice stolen phone in the trunk. I'm trying to find the rightful owner. I'm assuming that it was stolen out of another car. What is your IMEI #? Type of phone? To the people being ugly about this post, the police don't track these phones. I just want this phone to get to its owner. The case that it was in is lime green and black. If you can't prove this is your phone, don't email me.
