BUFFALO GROVE, IL — The following information comes from the Buffalo Grove Police Department (unless otherwise noted) and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE Bianca Kesler, 54, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested on Aug. 12 at 2:18 p.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 8.David Magloire, 22, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested on Aug. 12 at 11:47 p.m. and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 17.Michael Collins, 55, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested on Aug. 14 at 2:47 a.m. and was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 2. BATTERY/USE OF DEADLY WEAPON Richard Q. West, 24, is accused of battery/use of a deadly weapon and no possession of a firearm owners identification card. He was arrested on Aug. 28 at 12:43 a.m. and his court date is not available. RETAIL THEFT Kevin Posner, 50, is accused of retail theft. He was arrested on Aug. 14 at 2:15 p.m. and was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 2. WARRANT ARREST Teresa Jablonski, 31, was arrested on a warrant on Aug. 11 at 5 p.m. Her court date is not available.Nicholas Mercado-vega, 30, was arrested on a warrant on Aug. 19 at 11:17 p.m. His court date is not available. INCIDENTS CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY A resident in the 0-100 block of Weidner Ct. N. reported on Aug. 29 at 11:32 a.m. that their mailbox was damaged sometime during the overnight hours. BURGLARY TO VEHICLE A woman reported that her purse was taken from her unlocked car parked at 151 Raupp Blvd., Emmerich Park, on Aug. 29 at 1 p.m. RETAIL THEFT A subject grabbed an unknown number of boxes of allergy relief medication from the Walgreens at 1225 W. Dundee Road and left the store without paying for them on Aug. 29 at 3:14 p.m. HARASSMENT BY TELEPHONE A resident in the 200 block of Old Oak Ct. W. reported that she was receiving phone calls from a male subject claiming she was in trouble and needed to contact the magistrate. The resident made the report on Aug. 30 at 3:15 p.m. SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE A female driver reported that a male driving a vehicle had been following her from Route 53 and into the Walgreens parking lot at 15 N. Buffalo Grove Road on Aug. 30 at 8:59 p.m. The other driver denied following the female. THEFT A resident in the 800 block of Marseilles Circle inadvertently left his overhead garage door open and discovered his bicycle was missing the next morning. He made a report at 12:01 a.m. on Aug. 30. INFORMATION FOR POLICE A vehicle shipped from Buffalo Grove to California arrived with 10-15 additional miles on the odometer. A black bag with some personal items was also missing. The report was made in the 200 block of Miramar Lane on Aug. 31 at 7:42 p.m.
