$30:gutter has plastic cup

There's a plastic cup stuck in my gutter. First story, maybe 10 feet high, there is level grass below. I think a pole grabber thing or ladder would work (I do not have them). I will pay $30. ASAP would be great (because it will rain Wednesday night): Wednesday, September 8th I'll be home in the morning until 11:30 a.m. and return at 4:30 p.m. If not, still contact me and we can set up a time. I can't do the physical part, but if you are a neighbor who could lend a ladder or extending pole, that would still be a great help. I am in need of help with other light moving tasks due to injury, so maybe we can work together more.
