I am a professional freelance photographer and I’m looking to hire someone who can be a second shooter at a wedding I have coming up. I need someone ASAP, since the wedding is on Sept 25. The person I had already lined up for this event backed out due to family issues. What I need: Photographer Does NOT need to be a professional. Just needs to have some experience behind a lens, creativity, and an eye for detail. NEED to be professional in appearance (visible tattoos ok) and comfortable working around 30+ people. Would prefer applicant to have own equipment, not required though. If you have any type of portfolio (digital, Instagram, physical copy, etc), I would like you to show me before I make a decision. You will only be needed for about 3-4 hours in the mid afternoon to evening time frame. Compensation will be $100-$200 depending on experience and portfolio composition. If you have Video skill/experience you will be able to make almost double. Must see sample work though. Must have experience in video editing and post production. Videographer: all of the same requirements as the photographer. Same rate of pay as well. Please contact me through Craigslist if you are interested. If you work out, there will be other paying gigs in the future that could be offered to you. And the rate of pay for future gigs will be determined on how much of the shoot you do.
