We service several businesses in the Wood Buffalo Region. Job Description: Seeking a Full-Time temporary relief worker (covering maternity leave) to assist in maintaining our front office. This position is for a minimum of 6 month (up to 1 year). Responsibilities & Duties: Duties including, but are not limited to; • Service Writing and managing Work Orders • Accounts Payable • Accounts Receivable and Collection • Payroll • Inventory Management • Maintaining Files Qualifications: • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Understanding of Service Writing • Understanding of computers ; software • Experience working in Microsoft Excel • Experience working in Microsoft Word • Experience working in Sage50 • Experience working in a shop environment • Proficient in the English language (both verbal and written) • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
