Found near the B&O Railroad Museum in Baltimore City. This very sweet little girl has been wandering our neighborhood for about a week and only finally let me pick her up yesterday. She is pure black with no other markings on her. Very even temperament, though clearly scared and distressed. BARCS scanned her on 9/7 and she does have a chip though the registered owner has not responded to contact. Sharing here in the hopes that someone recognizes her and is missing this little face!
