Looking for an operator with a skid steer or mini excavator with a blade, to final grade a 5000 ft2 area around a small apartment building. This includes pushing dirt back into a ditch and spreading about 6 tons of #57 stone in the parking lot. The ground is gravel and silt/clay. Smoothen so it can be hand-raked and seeded for grass. Stone would be provided. Located off of I85, North Durham. Pay the day work is performed. **I do not respond to texts or emails or calls after 8:00 PM but I do respond early in the morning after 7:00.**
