We are looking for a pt/ft maintenance and turn technician. We are located 1 mile from Iowa State, and 30 minutes from Wes Des Moines. We have two residential properties, where if hired you will be floating between the two. Job Qualifications: *Must be 21 years or older *Must have reliable transportation *Must have valid Drivers License *Must have at least 1 year experience *Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more *Must be willing to travel to Wes Des Moines *HVAC Certified a plus Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm (Full Time) Mon-Fri 8:00am-12:00pm (Part Time) Salary- $16-$18 an hour based on experience and is negotiable.
