Looking for Small Piece of Land to Board 2 Horses On

Thanks for reading my ad! I’m looking for a small piece of land to board my two older horses on, either on a month by month rental basis, or a longer lease - I’m open to whatever your preference would be. One is an older mare, and the other is an older gelding (20+ years old). They are very quiet, homebody types, and will not test fences. They prefer each other’s company, and eating their hay, and relaxing at their age, and they have deserved that life now. They are more into chewing, and observing, rather than running around and kicking their heels up. I’m looking for someone with a small (or large) pasture, or land, who would possibly like to have the horses there to keep the grass, and foliage (and trees), trimmed down, by their grazing. I will provide my own hay, and take care of the horses myself. I can even provide my own, portable run in shed, for them, as their shelter. And, I can provide my own t-posts and electric tape fencing, if needed. I really enjoy doing my own chores, my own horse boarding, and taking care of my horses, and seeing them every day. The horses would not be ridden on your property, and I would be bringing very few visitors with me. I’m looking for these areas near my home: Eagan, Rosemount, Farmington, Lakeville, Burnsville, Prior Lake (not looking to be in any areas further away, as this would be too far of a drive each day). Please let me know if this would be a good fit, for what you have, and maybe you have property that has horse facilities that are no longer being used or falling into disrepair. We are very quiet, respectful of other’s property, and would strive to be the best possible neighbors, both human and equine.
