5yr old bulldog Spayed rehome

Have a 5yr old female bulldog that needs re homing, was a relatives but has been dumped on me. She is very sweet and good with children and the like, also good with most animals aside from possibly female dogs. She's pretty low maintenance, lazy, but eats a good bit. That's really it. The fact is she is a bit older, her owner doesn't really want her, she's been basically alone for several weeks or at least feeling it I should say. She's not possible to be bred, so ultimately I'm looking to get her into some sort of loving home, if not will most likely go with a rescue, but thought I'd try this first. She deserves somebody nice in my eyes, she's been through a lot. I just cannot take care of her as I have plenty other things I have to take care of. Asking for around 40-50 in re homing, willing to discuss the price since that's not really my priority, but I really don't want her going to a bad home.
