Hello. It seems as if almost every band or group of musicians have issues. And we are also in the category. We have even discussed the possible idea of morphing from 1 band and 1 jam group to creating as many as three semi-separate mixtures, some over-lap of members allows options, while opening spots to add talented musicians. Totally ideally, we need a vocalist (male/female) as talent is the main focus. One of points we have is a studio which we have put as many as 8 musicians in, so we can be flexible. Now if you're a group or band, I in no way want to steal members, but if you are even slightly interested, drop us a line. Members so far are retirees, veterans, college professors, so we do ask those interested to be 18 years old and up. The music varies, but one note everyone does get to make contributions to the songs (actually this helps you can put a mark on creativity.
