Looking for someone to fix jacuzzi bathtub jets

I am looking for someone that can troubleshoot an issue that we have with our jacuzzi bathtub, the jets/motor turns on but will not work. The motor just runs but the jets won't turn on and push water in/out. We are having a difficult time finding a plumber or electrician that will/can work on it.
