Full time GUTTER INSTALLER needed to join our professional team in West side Cleveland area. JOB SUMMARY • Tear off existing gutters • Repair and prepare structure for installation of new gutters • Install new seamless aluminum gutters, downspouts, and gutter system components • Load tear off materials and debris onto truck • Clean construction site JOB REQUIREMENTS • Must have valid Ohio state driver’s license (Required) • Must also be able to read job instructions and record materials on work order • Comfortable with being on ladders with heights up to 3 stories • Ability to lift up-to 80lbs • Able to work well with others • Enjoy working outdoors • Responsible for keeping a clean truck and job site • Reliable individual who takes pride in their work • Must be authorized to work in the United States (Required) • High School Diploma or GED (Preferred) • Previous gutter installation: 1 year (Preferred) • Basic remodeling/construction: 1 year (Preferred) WHAT WE OFFER • Entry level is $13.00 per hour. Ability to quickly advance in pay as skills improve. Junior technicians make between $18 and $25 per hour and senior technicians make between $22 and $38 per hour. • Job performance bonuses, paid weekly • Initial and continuous training • Opportunity for growth and advancement
