The next Kenosha Police Department's 2 day Crime Free Multi Housing Seminar will take place on back-to-back Saturdays (October 16th and October 23rd) from 9 am to 4 pm. located at the NEW Kenosha Fire Station #1. 2210 52nd Street, Kenosha. The seminar is FREE for Adults interested in learning about the business of owning and managing real estate. The KPD Crime Prevention Unit and the Kenosha Landlord Association designed this Seminar to help landlords make better decisions when managing their rental units.
