Someone to Inspect Properties/Take Pics for Us

✅ A real estate firm requires someone reliable to go and take some pics of some properties that we have under contract in Carroll county and surrounding areas. The successful applicant must be reliable and be able to act in a professional matter (as they will be representing our company). A base understanding or knowledge of home repairs/condition would be helpful. Pay will be $60 per property and roughly 60-100 pics or so are expected per property - complete instructions will be provided and cell phone pics are fine. Roughly 45 mins for each property. Payment is via paypal after pics are submitted. If interested please advise as to your potential availability as well as any input regarding your knowledge of home building and/or repairs.
