I have an established band that was booked thru 2020 until Covid hit. I lost my bass player and drummer due to life circumstances and out of the country relocations. My bass player provided about 40% of the main lyrics. We do dance music. Top 100. Get people on the floor. Rock, pop, a little country, disco, etc... The goal- provide ENTERTAINMENT, get people on the floor, and help people have fun while we are having fun. We have a practice space, PA. Ideally practices are on Sundays. I NEED someone who can harmonize AND hold their own when being harmonized with. You are singing artists like Bruno Mars, Haddaway, White Stripes, Prince, Michael Jackson, John Travolta (You're the One that I Want), the guy from B-52s(Fred?) Men in Hats, Queen, One Direction, Ed Sheeran?, =LMFAO, you can rap a little, etc... You are willing to dress up- think swanky, retro, speakeasy. You move, dance, shake. You don't haev to be perfect (Lord knows I am not), but you cannot be boring. Again, ideal if you play an instrument, or synth, something. Please let me know if you need something. I bet I can provide it. I have an acoustic Martin, access to a bass guitar, extra mics, stands, one slot on an in-ear receiver, a short synth (for me, but I am not the best keys player but intend to use it when my male vox is singing if it is called for)etc... Let me know. We also have a guitarist (so far)who takes on some vocals here and there on tunes such as White Wedding, Brown Eyed Girl, Purple Rain and Lovely Tonight.
