Hang Privacy Screen on Carport/Window

Handyman needed with own tools (must have: ladder, drill, and other tools) to hang a privacy screen down the long side of a car port and another one over a small window. You will need to drill holes in pvc pipes in order to attach the screen. The pipes will need to be fastened somehow to the top edge of the carport roof. I will buy necessary supplies from Home Depot and you will be putting it all together. A smaller privacy screen will be hung outside a window. Need to be available Wed morning.
