Position duties (including but not limited to): -Light plumbing -Change out vanities and toilets -Snake toilets -Faucets exchange -Light electrical -Change electric light fixtures, ballasts, and bulbs -Change out wall plugs -Change thermostats -Air Conditioning a plus -Light carpentry -Reinstall doors -Light drywall demolition and replacement -Door closer -Carpet and tile installation -Paint -Plus other minor repairs Requirements: -Must have handyman experience -Detailed and punctual You can go to our website www.laxairportplaza.com.
