Single car garage needs new roof

The detached garage has a fiberglass(?) wavy type roof. It was on when we purchased the house. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep the garage but I'm getting an appraisal on our home and it needs to be replaced before the appraisal. For that reason, I'll replace it with the same type of roofing as I'm thinking it will be less expensive. The current one will need to be removed and a new one on-I'll get the materials.
