MODEL PATIENTS WANTED FOR CLINICAL REASONING ASSESSMENTS MEDEX Northwest Tacoma (University of Washington School of Medicine) is recruiting people to work as model patients. Our clinical reasoning assessments run from 2 to 4 hours, at a rate of $25.00 per hour. Model patients participate in a simulated office visit where student physician assistants ask questions and/or conduct a basic physical exam. No acting experience nor previous experience as a model patient is required. You must be able to consistently recall the scenario and background of the patient you are portraying. Personal dependability and good communication skills are essential.
