As a Bilt BA you will: Work with the founding team of an innovative financial mobility startup Introduce Bilt's mission and benefits for renters in Bilt Alliance properties Nurture relationships with our partner buildings across the US Be responsible for high-impact installation of Bilt brand materials Meet and inform the Bilt Alliance tenants of their new opportunities with Bilt Collaborate cross-functionally with Bilt's Marketing and Product teams to incorporate customer feedback and ideas for improving the Bilt Rewards program Who are we looking for? Friendly folks with an outgoing, engaging and approachable communication style People with an interest or background in business, economics, modern personal finance, and/or tech.
