Koko Labs is currently looking for qualified candidates for a sleep program that will use non-invasive sleep data collection and educational resources to help aid in a better night's rest.
About the program
This is a 4-week (28-day) sleep program that will use a non-invasive bedside device to monitor your sleep patterns and collect sleep data. You'll also be onboarded into our specialized programming with other participants of the program where you'll receive daily lessons and tips that may be beneficial for combatting your sleep disturbances. Along with this specialized programming, you'll also have the option to join community chats, live educational discussions with sleep specialists via zoom, and participate in free and optional virtual wind-down events such as Paint night, Yoga, and Tai Chi.
The Criteria
Age 55 and older
Lives in the San Francisco Bay Area
Has a smart device (eg: iPhone, iPad, Android, and/or tablet)
Sleeps alone in bed during the duration of the program (4 weeks total)
No pets in the bedroom during the program
No fans powered on in the bedroom while doing the program (eg: ceiling fan, floor fan, table fan, etc.)
No mini refrigerators in bedroom during the program
Must have sleep issues (Eg: Insomnia, Restless leg Syndrome, Sleep Apnea, etc.)
