I am a farmer who sells hay online. I have currently been running my business from a garage and now moving to a warehouse as my business has grown over the past few years. I'm looking for several individuals to help my business grow and create more opportunities for everyone. Right now, typical duties involve preparing and boxing hay, fulfilling orders, sending shipments to fulfillment centers, and keeping the workplace clean and orderly. Since we will be working with different types of hay, someone with lots of allergies or respiratory issues will probably not be a great candidate. I'm looking for someone reliable who is willing to learn more about online retailing, farming, and small pets. I am also a hemp farmer and will soon launch CBD products that will also be sold online. I'm looking for someone who wants to work, help create opportunities to improve the business and your position within the company. I'm currently looking for several individuals to start working part time with flexible hours (20-30 hours per week) and be able to help manage the business as it grows. Starting wages are from $10-15 hr with opportunities to make more as the business grows.
