Housekeepers wanted! $25-$35+ per hour *This is not a full time employment job. Cleaners are paid on a per clean bases* This would be the perfect position for someone who has kids in school during the day and wants a side job! We are a local, short term, property management company, that manages properties you would find on Airbnb! We are looking for housekeepers with attention to detail and are reliable as we are growing fast! We hire individuals as independent contractors to perform housecleaning responsibilities. Current position available is managing a triplex in Medford with the potential to take on more listings in the future if desired. Cleaning typically starts at 11:00am and depending on the size of the property takes 1-2 hours. All cleanings must be done by 3pm. Cleanings can happen on any day of the week and the cleaner would need to be available for their scheduled days. We are willing to work with your schedule on days of the week if it is a good fit. Cleaners have access to an app that will show any cleanings for their property. We pay a flat fee per cleaning. Because these houses are cleaned weekly (or multiple times per week) and are only lived in for a short period of time, they usually clean much faster than a typical house that is being lived in 100% of the time. Job Duties would include: Vacuuming floors and furnishings Sweeping, Mopping or swiffering hard floor surfaces Cleaning, dusting, wiping down all surfaces and furniture Cleaning, disinfecting, sanitizing all kitchen and bathroom areas including cabinets, toilets, sinks, appliances and bathing areas Doing dishes / Emptying dishwasher Emptying all waste baskets Stripping all linens off beds, towels from bathroom, and laundering back to like new Making all beds, resetting towels, restocking amenities (dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, etc.) Check for marks on walls and clean as necessary Exterior sweeping and cleaning of outdoor furnishings. Report any damage, hazards, repairs as found immediately Stage house so it is ready for incoming guests Perform other duties as assigned Cleaning experience is preferred but not required, we are willing to train if you are a self motivated, quick learner!
