need help rehoming cat

I recently got evicted and the new place I got doesn't alow for indoor/outdoor cats. I need help in rehoming my cat. His name is Vladimir Ţepeş Dracula and is a sweet loving cat. He's part Oriental so is very vocal. It pains me dearly to have to rehome him. I've had him since I first moved to Wilmington.
