We are searching for general laborers for the paving season. Experience preferred, but not necessary! General Laborers will be responsible for operating asphalt maintenance machineries such as walk-behind and backpack blowers and Asphalt Rejuvenation applicator machines. Primary Duties: Assist in the pouring, smoothing and setting of asphalt on roads, pathways, and parking lots Raking, sweeping, and lining out the road Working alongside the tractor, mill, paver, and the screed General labor tasks as needed Job requirements: 40+ hours a week during the season Reliable transportation Willing to work in ALL weather conditions Valid Driver’s License Pass Background Check Able to bend, lift 50+lbs, push, stand, and walk for extended periods Are you a reliable, detailed oriented, team player wanting to work for a company where the people matter?
