Handyman Needed - Specializing in Old Door Hardware

I am in need of a skilled handyman specializing in old door hardware repair. I live in an 80-year-old home with glass doorknobs. The back doorknob is no longer functioning properly -- the door will no longer open/unlatch and the knob itself needs to be better secured. It is unclear what the mechanical malfunction is. The front door thumb latch is also very hard to push down - also unclear what the issue is. Additionally, the front door has a more recent storm door that recently shifted and no longer closes properly and water is entering into the house. It needs to be adjusted so it shuts properly. If interested, I have other work at the house that needs to be done such as porch carpentry work and painting. However, the door repairs are the critical item at this time. Experience in old door repair necessary.
