Job description Labor / Driver Job Summary We are seeking a hard-working, reliable, and punctual team member to join our small, family-owned business. In this role, you will work in our warehouse, assisting the warehouse manager where needed. You will be expected to load and unload restaurant and bar equipment, both at our warehouse as well as on-site pick up locations. This is NOT a standard “inventory picking” warehouse position. Our hours are 8 AM- 4 PM Monday-Friday. Auctions are held every 3 weeks on Saturday. Overtime paid after 40 hours. Starting pay $10.00/hour. ~90 Day probationary period. Paid holiday & vacation/sick time available after probation. Labor / Driver Duties and Responsibilities Load and unload trucks as consignment items are dropped off or picked up Drive truck as needed for equipment pick-up Write up inventory as it comes in Demonstrate commitment to all safety standards at all times Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors Use equipment properly and maintain it as needed Operate a forklift, as needed Help keep the warehouse clean and organized Drive transport vehicles, such as 26’ box truck Labor / Driver Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Valid driver’s license REQUIRED, clear driving record Ability to drive 26’ box truck Forklift experience is a plus Bilingual is a plus Must have basic tool abilities Solid work history that demonstrates reliability; equipment and furniture moving experience is a plus Ability to listen to and understand direction and work independently Able to work on your feet for 8 hours and lift 75 lbs on a regular basis Good communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.00 per hour Email your resume or stop by during business hours to fill out an application!
