Glass Installer Assistant Trainee ***$500 SIGN-ON BONUS AFTER 30DAYS*** Shower Doors of Dallas is looking for a dedicated individual to join our team. We are growing and need help keeping up with all the business coming in! Installer Assistant / Trainee: Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with the installation of glass shower door enclosures, mirrors and other related residential and commercial glass applications. This includes daily prep, inspection of materials, maintenance of work tools and equipment, truck inventory, and daily clean up. Knowledge/Experience: Building & Construction - knowledge of materials, measuring, methods, and industry related tools. Mathematics - knowledge of arithmetic, geometry, and their applications. Working knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses, repair, and maintenance. We will train the right candidate. Abilities: Needs to be able to lift up to 75lbs. Communicate effectively and professionally with staff and customers. Problem solving, find alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to address challenges in the field. Ability to understand and communicate written information in work related documents. Strong work ethic and Professional Conduct.
