A leading Property Management company is seeking to add a Make-Ready/Maintenance Technician to our team in Billings, MT! Rose Park Apartments is a 112 unit apartment community, and we're seeking to add an organized self-starter to our maintenance department.

This position is Full-Time, eligible for overtime, and eligible for full benefits!
Primary Responsibilities Include: Under the direction of the on-site Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor, perform work necessary to maintain the property in an orderly, clean, and safe condition.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Make-Readies/Turns
- Work Orders
- Trouble Shooting of HVAC, Plumbing, Etc.
- Snow Removal
- A "Team Player" for all Special Maintenance Projects.
MUST have a Valid Driver's License and be able pass a Background Check. Previous apartment maintenance experience is not required, but is highly preferred.
