Description
Looking for a part-time. experienced maintenance person to perform basic remodeling, maintenance and service calls on residential rental properties. This would include, but not limited to: painting, sheetrock patching and repair, basic carpentry, carpet removal, and service calls. Basic plumbing and electrical skills are required. Must have reliable transportation and your own tools. Hours are flexible, and you must be able to work well independently. Please call after 11:00 a.m. daily to schedule an appointment.
