Heart shaped Sterling Silver necklace with diamonds and birthstones. It is a custom piece. It was stolen from my mother's home sometime between June 7 and September 2, 2021. This is a sentimental piece as we had the stones transferred from her wedding set and mother's ring since she couldn't wear them anymore. Please contact me if you see someone with this.
