Job Title: Day Porter - Exterior Cleaner Overview: Visit assigned properties each day throughout Albuquerque to maintain cleanliness by sweeping up and removing litter and debris. Compensation: Starts at $12.00/hr Employment Type: Full-Time/35-40 Hours/Week Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm Days: Vary, but would be Monday through Saturday Job Duties: Sweep walkways, sidewalks, parking lots and other areas as assigned. Empty trash receptacles. Wipe down door handles and frames, trash receptacle lids, etc. Maintain cleanliness by collecting and removing litter and debris from premises to include parking lots and landscaping. Assist in snow removal (seasonal). Essential Qualifications: Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have a valid drivers license. Must have your own reliable transportation that is insured.
