i need in home blonde yoga or pilates instructor for 30 or 45 mins break the ice and teach me to stretch better. I am tall and good athletic slim build but not good at stretches. i can only stretch 8 inches but its nice wide and can go for long time and hopefully make you dazzle 5xs before i pull a hammy.
