Assess building safety. We have an old two story building with a basement that has a crack in the concrete wall and some of the joist ends are rotted, but the joists are supported with treated studs. I guess you may need to be licensed in Illinois. Not sure. What would be your price to assess the safety? We need an appointment this week, but it can be done within a few weeks.
