Job Description: Polar Bear Exterior Solutions is seeking a responsible and committed individual willing to have on the job training to become a skilled construction laborer to crew lead through a variety of siding projects. Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. This individual must provide quality work to complete a variety of siding projects, and comply to job site safety and job site standards. Essential Functions: *Aid siding crew through a variety of projects. *Must be able to work under lead to get work done and carried out in an efficient manner. *Candidates must have willing-ness to learn knowledge of industry and safety practices. Required Skills: *Must have a valid driver’s license *Ability to work independently and with a group *Strong professional communication skills *Ability to work through conflict, complexities and problems to solve issues. Job Location: Mukilteo, Washington, United States Position Type: Full-Time - Exempt Employee Salary: Starting at $17-$20 per hour depending on experience; Signing bonus Medical Benefits Eligible for company medical/dental/vision benefits program after 90 days of employment. Company covers 80% of the cost.
