Laurel Park Condominiums is a wonderful self-managed 9 building 190-unit condominium complex in the Houghton area of Kirkland. We are looking for a full time (Monday through Friday 9-5), energetic, self-starting person to join our small team. The job will include, but is not limited to; the painting of buildings, minor landscaping, identifying items around the property that may need to be repaired and fixing them with the help and direction of the Facilities Manager. The candidate will also have to be on call for after hour emergencies 2 weeks, including weekends, a month. The candidate will work closely with the Facilities Manager and the Office Manager. Health and Dental insurance is included. Compensation is dependent on experience.
