Check us out at www.stormguardrc.com and Google "Storm Guard Pottstown" to see our customer reviews. *** WE ARE SEEKING A QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR FOR OUR POTTSTOWN, PA LOCATION *** Our ideal Quality Control Inspector candidate will be comfortable providing oversight and support to production roofing, siding, gutters, and windows projects. This candidate must be able to set and climb ladders, work at heights on roofs, and have prior roofing experience. This candidate will be working in the field at our customer locations, typically within 20-25 miles of Pottstown, PA. As Quality Control Inspector, you will: • Monitor installation teams to ensure scope of work is being performed to customers' satisfaction • Ensure professionalism and safety requirements are being followed on job sites • Inspect and verify material deliveries for accuracy and completeness; Retrieve and return project materials as needed • Verify dumpsters, trailers and crews are on time at correct locations • Ensure that projects are executed to manufacturer specs and construction best practices • Address customer concerns with production jobs • Diagnose issues and perform minor repairs as needed, includes installation of temporary tarps • Provide ladder assistance to internal sales, insurance adjusters and municipal inspectors • Perform other production-related duties to support the company Our ideal Quality Control Inspector will have the following attributes: • Two or more years of construction experience (roofing, siding, gutters) • Knowledge of roofing, siding, and gutter installation best practices • Experience with leak diagnosis and roof repairs • Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on roofs • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects including equipment and materials • High school diploma • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record We offer a generous comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
